BB-8
I am a huge Star Wars fan, a child of the 70's and so there for a fan of the original trilogy. However, I did really love the latest Star Wars movie and especially BB-8. As much as I love the little guy, he's definitely no R2-D2.
This drawing was completed using Spectrum Noir Illustrator Markers Pens and their new Blender pen that I have recently been given. I also used Spectrum Noir ColourBlend Pencils, I can't say enough how surprised and impressed I have been with these pencils, for the price point the quality is amazing. Finally the paper I have used is Strathmore 500 Series Bristol Plate. Any time I am using either Copics or Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers, I always use Strathmore's Plate, incredibly smooth surface which is excellent for markers and then colored pencil on top is perfect as layering is not really required for this particular style of art.
