As always, whenever I conduct a new review of an art product, I do my best to include some form of artwork, using the product on review; I find this helps me to understand the product better as opposed to simply swatching. The product in this particular case is the new Watercolor Pencils from Arrtx
Whatever the artwork, I always complete a speed drawing video, which I upload onto The Art Gear Guide YouTube Channel, however, quite understandably, not everyone enjoys watching such fast paced videos. In order to try and provide a fair and balanced review that everyone can enjoy, I also add still images from the artwork to The Art Gear Guide website. I take images of said artwork, from start to finish and throughout the process, adding all still images to the website, allowing whoever likes, to view and inspect the results in their own time and leisure.
This particular piece of art using the Arrtx Watercolor Pencils was completed on a sheet of St Cuthberts Mill, Millford Watercolour Paper. I wanted to be fair with the review and provide a good quality paper for these student grade water soluble pencils. St Cuthberts Mill is an excellent paper company here in the UK with a wide ranging, global customer base.
